FUNCTION

FEATURES 

The conveyor can work together with other flexible logistics equipment to extend the conveying line to reach closer to the target. (Recommended relevant equipment is Flexible Steel/ Nylon Skate-Wheel Conveyor) The conveyor consists of one climbing conveyor and one flexible conveyor as a "tongue". Each part is of easy movement and operation both together and separately.There are two kinds of "tongue": 1. PR-600 with a gravity "tongues" of  flexible gravity skate-wheel conveyor. 2. PD-600 with a powered "tongue" of flexible motorized roller conveyor.The tongue can be lifted up to certain height and extended towards target goods.Controlled by one electrical box, it can be right started or stopped & run forward or reverse at will.It can be applied as a horizontal conveyor line when the tongue is not lifted.With a "tongue" in the front end, flexible and extendable to get closer to the target;With heavy duty univeral locking castors to easily & safely maneuver for multi-door application;Adjustable working height from 700mm to 2500mm, applied to different required height;Easily adaptable to other flexible conveyor, extendable as long as possibleSafe and easy operation controled by one electrical cabinet to adjust working speed, direction, etc.
